The ELECTPRO® ArcShield 46 is a specially designed operator hood and suit system that provides superior protection against high-energy arc flash incidents, heat, pressure, and molten particles.

This three-piece set, consisting of a jacket, trousers, and protective hood, offers comprehensive coverage for the user. Classified as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) under (EU) 2016/425, this suit is manufactured in compliance with the EN IEC 62819:2023 European standard and is CE certified.

Certified Safety

Protection compliant with EN IEC 62819 (Class 2) and IEC/EN 61482-1-1 (ATPV 46 cal/cm²). The protective hood is certified according to the EN IEC 62819 standard.

Construction

	Outer Fabric: Manufactured from a special blend of high-performance fibers, including Cotton, High Tenacity Nylon, and Polyester/Carbon Bicomponent Fiber. This combination offers superior heat and flame resistance, mechanical strength, and antistatic properties. Inner Layer: Made from a specialized mix of high-performance fibers such as Cotton, High Tenacity Nylon, and Polyester/Carbon Bicomponent Fiber, providing excellent thermal protection, durability, and antistatic performance.

Protective Hood:

The hood is designed with an extended length to cover the shoulders, providing robust protection against high-energy electric arc flashes. The layering system of the hood offers an ATPV rating of 46 cal/cm².
