Modulair systems are user-friendly air supply systems designed to provide portable clean air in confined access areas. The system generally consists of a full-face mask, a belt harness, an air tube, a trolley, a hose reel and an anti-static hose. The stainless steel hose reel unit and cylinder frame can be used independently or together. The frame is designed to carry a pair of cylinders, and when needed, an additional frame can be stacked vertically, allowing the connection of up to four cylinders. This allows for the maximum number of users to be increased as four users (with the necessary spare parts). The system can also be supported by Flite Cylindrical Escape System if required.
For long-term use, adjustable cylinder straps and high-pressure cylinder connectors accommodating various cylinder sizes with pressure values of 200 and 300 bar are provided. The valves mounted on the cylinder connections allow the independent replacement of cylinders for continuous operation.
There is a whistle system that warns the user once the pressure in the cylinder drops below 50 bars.
The system is certified according to EN 14593-1:2005 standard.
