Advanced Safety and Comfort
Ultra-Enhanced Outer Shell Fabric
The outer shell of the suit is made from Ultra-Enhanced Outer Shell Fabric, consisting of 75% Meta-aramid, 23% Para-aramid, and 2% antistatic fiber. This layer provides high resistance to external heat, water, and mild chemicals. The fabric is treated with a special finish that repels water and oil. Additionally, Rip-stop weaving technology enhances the fabric’s appearance while maximizing its strength and durability, offering high tear and tensile strength. Its FRT Dope Dyedconstruction provides excellent colorfastness, ensuring long-lasting color vibrancy, and it meets the requirements of the EN 469:2020 standard.
Advanced Moisture Barrier
The moisture barrier is made from 80% Meta-aramid and 20% Para-aramid nonwoven with a PTFE membrane reinforced with aramid rope . This barrier provides full protection against heat, flame, and steam while ensuring breathability.
- PTFE Membrane Technology: Effectively repels liquids while allowing moisture inside the suit to escape, keeping firefighters dry and comfortable during operations.
- Aramid Rope Reinforcement: Provides extra strength to maintain the fabric’s structural integrity even under extreme conditions.
- Superior Protection: The combination of Meta-aramid and Para-aramid fibers offers high resistance to flames and heat, ensuring firefighters' safety in the most critical moments.
Chemical and Liquid Protection – Safety in the Harshest Conditions
The PTFE + Nonwoven Moisture Barrier offers exceptional protection not only against heat and flames but also against blood, chemicals, and other hazardous liquids. Its unique structure prevents liquid penetration while preventing moisture buildup inside, ensuring that firefighters remain safe from potential biological and chemical threats during critical interventions.
- Liquid Resistance: Provides outstanding resistance against liquids like blood, chemicals, and water, minimizing the risk of contact with hazardous substances.
- Biological Protection: Ensures safety against infections and biological hazards, guaranteeing protection in all emergency scenarios.
Heat Barrier and Inner Lining
The heat barrier is made of 100% Kermel® aramid nonwoven, providing maximum protection. The inner lining is a blend of 50% Kermel® and 50% Lenzing™ FR, offering lightweight comfort and ease of movement.
Reflective Strips and Design
